Please read these terms of service carefully, as they set out the rules for how we operate this website and the service we provide.

You agree that all tools you send us are not stolen, fraudulently obtained, or subject to any dispute or claim regarding their ownership.

We do not accept counterfeit tools, and reserve the right to dispose of any that are sent to us.

Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide, either by sending us an email or by filling out our Sell Tools Form. We reserve the right to adjust quotations if your items do not match the described condition or photos when we receive and inspect them. If you do not accept our adjusted quotation, we can return your items to you, but you will need to arrange return shipping at your own expense.

Quotes expire 14 days after you receive them. Due to the ever changing market, prices may fluctuate, and we cannot guarantee that the price we offer will remain the same. We will do our best to accommodate you if you wish to resubmit a quote.

When you use our free shipping label to send your items to us, they are covered up to a maximum of $100 for loss or damage. Please pack your items carefully and retain any tracking information. Shipping labels expire 14 days after you receive them, and you must ship your package within this time frame.

All tools are checked, tested, and inspected, before making payment to you.

Items become our property once we make payment to you at the agreed price. Payment is made through bank transfer, check, or Zelle. Items cannot be returned once we have made payment.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

We are fully compliant with the 2018 EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any customer information submitted through this website will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect and use your personal data.

We reserve the right to modify this website, our policies, and our terms of service at any time without prior notice.
