How It Works
Sell your tools to us in a few simple steps...
Fill out our Sell Tools Form and upload some photos. Make sure your photos are clear and well lit.
We will respond within 1-2 business days with an offer.
If you choose to accept our offer, find a box and package your tools. Use adequate protection for delicate items to prevent damage during transit. Write your quote number and name on a piece of paper and place inside the package.
For quotes above $200 within the lower 48 states:
We offer a FREE prepaid shipping label. Once you have packaged your items, send us the dimensions and weight of your package, and we will send you a label.
Print the label and attach it to your package, then take it to your nearest shipping center (usually UPS or FedEx).
When attaching the label, avoid covering any barcodes with tape, as this can cause scanning issues and may delay your shipment.
If you do not have access to a printer, you can ask the associate at the shipping center to print your label for you. Show them the QR code we will send you, or if you do not receive a code, you can email them the label instead.
We can also schedule a pickup for you upon request. For a scheduled pickup, you will need to print and attach the shipping label we provide to your package before the driver arrives.
For quotes below $200, or if you are located in Alaska or Hawaii:
Shipping is at your cost and responsibility. You can take your items to any USPS post office, FedEx location, or UPS store to ship them.
For discounted shipping, we recommend using services such as Pirate Ship or Shippo, which can provide USPS, FedEx, or UPS shipping labels at reduced rates.

Make sure you ship your items to us within 14 days of receiving your quote to ensure it remains valid.
Once we receive your tools, we will check them over and then send your payment.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, mailed check, or Zelle. We will contact you to confirm your preferred payment method and details, then send your payment within 1-2 business days.
